The Bangladesh National Cricket Team, also known as the Tigers or Bangla Tigers, is a full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1977. They have qualified for six ICC Trophies, the leading ODI competition for non-Test-playing nations, and have played their first Test match against India in November 2000. Bangladesh has won the Asia Cup three times and has reached the quarter-finals of the 2015 ODI World Cup. The team has been coached by Chandika Hathurusingha since 2018.
